Today my ears were a little better. I still had a little trouble and we had to pause a little bit at 1.5ata before Sheila bumped my up to 1.75ata. I was still a little bit cranky in there, but really not too bad. I did manage to have a little snooze too! In the afternoon, mummy was trying to give me a little drink to see if it would help with me being able to pressurise my ears. I ended up doing a little bit of a vomit. I went to sleep after that too. I hope I feel better tomorrow.<br />

Today was my first day back at the Kaufman Children's Center. I saw my regular therapist, Jessica and she assessed me to see where I was at with my oral motor skills. She started by swinging me in the swing. One of my favourite things to do. It helps stimulate my vestibular system and gets my nervous system ready to work and process new information.<br /><br />

I wasn't very keen to get into work today and I did try to fight her a bit. She wanted me to pop the bubble on my lips. It helps me to make good lip closure.<br /><br />

She also tried me with a cold ice block. I always prefer the Zee-vibe though, because it vibrates. Vibration is one thing I really love.<br />

We are also going to make teeth brushing a priority. It usually takes Mummy and Daddy to hold me while they brush my teeth at home. Most of the time the sensation of the toothbrush in my mouth makes me vomit. We are back at Oxford Hyperbarics to complete another 60 hours of HBOT!! Mummy is very excited for me to be able to do more! I had trouble with my ears for this first and second session and I cried for most of the time. I didn't want to be in there. We pressurised both times to 1.5 atas. I was very happy when they were done. <br />

HBOT is good for detoxing out all the rubbish in my system and this is the way I get rid of it. Mummy is a bit surprised that it took us 3 weeks worth of HBOT before I started to do this. Nico is really pushing my right side. This exercise is all about my right arm. He is getting me to push 0.5 kilo down with my sleepy arm. This is something a little new. I slept for Daddy just about all the way through. I have been a bit cranky on and off. Not sure if I might be getting new teeth though, or if I am exceptionally hungry. It could be either. HBOT is really great for cuddles and one on one time. I go in in the mornings with Daddy and the afternoons with Mummy. I am starting to vocalise after I come out after my session. This has taken lots longer than my previous sessions. I think I am finally starting to detox. I did 4 dirty nappies and very smelly today! Today we went to South Lyon (a bit further south of where we are staying) for HBOT. This morning I went in with Daddy and howled for a good chunk of the hour. I am starting to choose who I want to be with, so Mummy went in with me in the afternoon. That is what I wanted. Today Elvis stopped in to do some of the exercises with Nico. This is the one that Mummy usually helps with. Working on reciprocal leg movements. Nico is being tough on me and making me use my right side. When I sit up I always only use my left side. So he is splinting my left side as much as he can. He has even given me a splint to take home with me and making me wear it as much as I can.</div>

To finish the day I am doing sit to stand exercises on the peanut ball and supporting my body weight mostly on the bars as I would have to to when I use a walker on my own.</div>
