Mondays are always the hardest. When I have rested all weekend it is really hard to get back in the swing of things
Everything is more of an effort than usual.
But I push through it and with only two weeks to go, I keep trying really hard.
Nico stimulates my glutes to help me use the correct muscles to lift my legs up high and straight
I got some pretty good lift off the ball today!
And did some good movement in four point.
I was so tired though, I had a little rest while I was sitting!
I have been taking some beautiful steps! It is great to see all the muscle knowledge I have now come together!
