This morning I had time for a roll and a tickle on the carpet while enjoying the sunshine before I started, and as always I was warmed up with hot packs and massaged with Arnica oil.
I am starting to get MUCH stronger in my legs. They weight I have been lifting has been doubled from 1 kg to 2 kg. I am starting to be able to lower my legs when asked too!
Long sitting is getting much easier for me. I can even balance and rock backwards and forwards by myself!
Weightbearing on my arms wan't as traumatic as yesterday either...
I even had some cheeky smiles while I was sitting :D
4 point is still not my favourite thing to do even though some of the other things came easier today...
