Today I did lots of work at the Pediatric Fitness Center.
I am spending lots of time weight bearing through my arms. Everything I do I have my hands open flat as I can and I push down on them. This was good to do on the penut ball because it can roll towards and away from me so I get movement through my shoulders too.
I weightbear on my arms even when I am sitting down...
Even the spider was hard work today.
But I did manage to stand up straight!
