As always I was warmed up and stretched by Chris, before I start doing any work
I moved straight on to doing wieghts with my legs
And then to moving both legs together to shift the weights. This also works as a good hamstring stretch too!
And I am practicing to sit up on a chair. Mummy feeds me sitting up here and I can balance at the same time.
But really I was so tired and worn out I just wanted to lay down. It really is such hard work!
