Today Nico warmed me up with heat packs to help loosen my muscles and rubbed me with arnica oil to help with my soreness.
He strapped me into my special Memo boots (they have orthotics in them) and I was ready to do some weights.
Corey stopped by to cheer me on. It was terribly hard work
But I tried as hard as I could and pushed down the weights with my right leg
I held my head up well during four point.
I worked hard with my right arm, reaching out and crossing my mid line.
I also did some walking with out my walker
For a change of scenery, we went for a walk outside.
And look at that grip! My right side has come along very nicely.
